Available to existing clients only (clients who have completed at least one package of 6 hourlong sessions with me already NEW: or have done at least Level 1 training with me). These single sessions can be booked on an as-needed basis. Sessions are held online via Zoom. I also offer sessions by phone.

The Shift 6 Session Package - 1 Hour EFT Sessions - Phone/Online

For new clients, this is the minimum required to work with me. Though EFT has been known to result in "1 Minute Miracles", it more often takes at least three sessions to begin to see deep and lasting change and I have found that six gives us time to do that and set you up to successfully use EFT on your own. Sessions are held online via Zoom. I also offer sessions by phone.
